|Job Outlook:||Employment of personnel assistants is expected to grow as fast as average through 2018. Growing industries—such as construction; educational services; healthcare and social assistance; and professional, scientific, and technical services—will continue to generate the most new jobs. Many personnel assistant duties are of a personal, interactive nature and are not easily automated so it is likely personnel assistants will continue to play a key role in most organizations.|
